Booking and Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before or on the day of the photography session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the session may forfeit the deposit.

Image Rights and Usage

ValuePro Photography retains the copyright to all images created. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreements.

Delivery of Images

Edited images will be delivered within 7-14 business days via online gallery. Raw, unedited images are not provided to clients.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the photography session.
